Annual Review of 9th Circuit Decisions on Bankruptcy in 2025
Presented by Judge Julia Brand, Judge Daniel Collins, M. Jonathan Hayes,
We are privileged that Chief Judge Julia Brand of the Central District of California and the 9th Circuit BAP, and Judge Daniel Collins of the District of Arizona (Phoenix), will join M. Jonathan Hayes, a consumer bankruptcy attorney in Los Angeles, for a roundtable discussion of the significant consumer bankruptcy and related cases from the 9th Circuit last year. Jon Hayes' materials include a case summary of every published 9th Circuit and 9th Circuit BAP case in 2025, and many other 9th Circuit and Supreme Court cases that are of interest to bankruptcy practitioners. Judge Brand was a member of the BAP panel on several of the BAP decisions last year and her insight will be special.
