Consumer bankruptcy practice is evolving, and not every debtor fits neatly into Chapter 13. Increasingly, attorneys are encountering clients with higher debt loads, side businesses, irregular income, or complex financial structures that push the limits of traditional consumer relief. This CLE is designed to help you recognize when a case may be better addressed under Chapter 11—or more specifically, Subchapter V—and how to make that determination early in your analysis.
