ACBC Monthly Lunch - Cody Jess to discuss the Boates decision

Cody Jess is a member of Schian Walker, PLC. Mr. Jess’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcy, and business law. He is experienced in Chapter 7, 11, and 15 (crossborder insolvency) bankruptcy and is a six-time Super Lawyers® Rising Stars selectee. A 2006 Willard H. Pedrick Scholar at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Mr. Jess is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy and Trial Practice sections, and is a Barrister in the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. Mr. Jess also provides pro bono assistance to indigent persons
through Community Legal Services' Volunteer Lawyers Program. Mr. Jess briefed and argued In re Boates (Ulrich v. Schian Walker, PLC), 551 B.R. 428 (B.A.P. 9th Cir.), reh'g denied, 554 B.R. 472 (B.A.P. 9th Cir.
2016) on behalf of the appellee, Schian Walker, PLC.
